The 12 most common
What we treat, and what it costs you.
Three groups, split by how they are billed rather than by what they look like. Most of what people call about is in the first group, which means it is already covered by the plan you would be on anyway.
On every recurring visit
Included, from $66/moNo upcharge when a new one shows up, and no separate plan per pest. Two exceptions, and they work the same way: an active cockroach or rodent infestation is a separate clean-out job first, from $449. The plan takes over from there and keeps them out.
Seasonal yard protection
Bundled, $166/mo planExterior work across the yard, perimeter and shaded harborage. Bundled into the larger plan rather than sold per pest.
Specialty work
Quoted on inspectionToo different from a recurring visit to fold into a monthly rate, so these are priced per property. You get the number before we start. Specialty pricing is published rather than quoted on the driveway.
Included in every visit
The TriBarrier™ treatment.
Every Bastion visit applies all three layers. No discount tier where one quietly goes missing. Most companies hit the foundation, call it a service, and are back on the road before your coffee cools. Layers two and three are the ones that get left behind, and they are the ones doing the heavy lifting.
Foundation barrier
Three feet up the wall and three feet out from it, the whole way around the house. Window frames, door thresholds, the garage, the roofline. It covers the weep holes, expansion joints and utility gaps pests actually use. Your builder left those open on purpose. Bugs read them as an invitation.
Measured with a tape, not eyeballed
Granular yard moat
Broadcast across the lawn, and it reactivates every time you water or it rains. This is what deals with fire ants and crickets out in the yard instead of at your welcome mat.
Skipped by most companies. Granular costs money.
Property-line spray
A 360 degree treatment along the fence and property boundary, applied where pests enter your lot rather than where they enter your house. Meet them at the property line and they never make it to the porch.
Skipped by most companies. Nobody audits a lawn.
Everybody in this business says three feet up and three feet out. We are the ones who actually bring a tape measure, and we do all three layers on every visit regardless of which pest you called about. That is what the monthly price is buying.

Service questions
What our service actually covers.
What pest control services does Bastion offer?
Twelve: ant, spider, cockroach, scorpion, rodent, wasp and bee control, mosquito, flea and tick service, plus bed bug and mole treatment. Ants, spiders, roaches, scorpions, wasps, bees and rodents are all covered on every recurring visit. Mosquito, flea and tick service comes with the larger plan. Bed bugs and moles are specialty work quoted on inspection.
How much does pest control cost?
Recurring plans start at $66 per month for General Pest + Rodent and $166 per month for General Pest + Rodent + Mosquito, based on a single-family home. Larger homes and lots are priced higher. Quotes and inspections are free, see plans and pricing for details.
What is included in every visit?
The full TriBarrier treatment: a foundation barrier 3 feet up and 3 feet out including windows, doors, garage and roofline; a granular moat across the yard that reactivates each time you water; and a 360-degree spray along the property line. There is no cheaper tier where we skip a layer.
Do I have to buy a separate plan for each pest?
No. One recurring plan covers ants, spiders, cockroaches, scorpions, wasps, bees, rodents and more. That plan is preventative, so an active cockroach or rodent infestation is quoted as a separate clean-out first, starting at $449. There is no per-pest pricing and no upcharge when a new one shows up. Mosquito, flea and tick service is bundled into the larger plan rather than sold separately.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
You call and we return at no charge. Free re-treatments between scheduled visits apply to every active recurring plan, with no limit and no trip fee. That is the Pest-Free Guarantee.
Are your treatments kid and pet friendly?
Our treatments are pet and kid friendly and applied where pests travel rather than where your family does: cracks, voids, foundation lines and harborage. Keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until dry, usually about 30 minutes, and your technician will walk you through everything applied before leaving.
