Is your pest control kid and pet friendly?
Our treatments are pet and kid friendly and we put them where pests travel, not where your family does: cracks, voids, weep holes and the perimeter. Keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until they dry, which is usually about 30 minutes. Your technician will tell you if any area needs longer. Your technician will walk you through everything applied before leaving.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
You call, we come back out, free. Every active recurring plan includes free re-treatments between scheduled visits, no limit and no trip fee. That is the entire point of the Pest-Free Guarantee. A guarantee you cannot actually collect on is just a slogan.
How soon can you come out?
Usually same day or next day. Technicians treat from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and a Saturday costs exactly what a Tuesday costs. Do I have to be home for the service?
Not for exterior service, which is the bulk of it. If we can reach the yard and the gate is unlocked, we treat and text you a summary when we are finished. Interior work does need somebody home, and we will text when we are on our way so you are not burning a Saturday waiting.
