These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bastion Pest Control ("Bastion," "we," "us," or "our") website and the pest control services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.
Bastion provides residential pest control services in the greater Austin, Texas area. The specific services, frequency, and pricing that apply to you are set out in the service agreement you enter into with us. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
Prices shown on our website are starting rates and estimates only. Your final price depends on factors such as the size of your home and property, the type of pest, and the level of activity. We'll confirm your exact price before service begins. Prices may change over time; we'll notify you of any change that affects your plan.
Recurring services are provided under a service agreement that describes the treatment schedule, pricing, and terms. Unless your agreement states otherwise, you may cancel with reasonable notice as described in that agreement. Some plans require a minimum number of visits to remain eligible for our guarantee.
For covered pests on an active recurring plan, if pests return between scheduled visits, we will re-treat at no additional charge. The guarantee applies only while your account is current and in good standing, and it does not apply to pests or conditions outside the scope of your plan. Details of covered pests are described in your service agreement.

Payment is due as described in your service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service and may affect your eligibility for our guarantee. You are responsible for any costs of collection permitted by law.
We'll make reasonable efforts to service your property as scheduled. If we cannot access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, we may reschedule or charge a trip fee as allowed by your agreement.
Pest control reduces and manages pest activity but cannot guarantee that every pest will be permanently eliminated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is," and Bastion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
The content on our website is for general information and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, trademarks, or branding without our permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
