Why the radius matters

We stay close on purpose.

A lot of pest control companies will drive two hours for a job. We don't, and that's deliberate. Staying inside greater Austin is what lets us promise same-day and next-day openings — and it's what makes free re-treatments actually workable instead of a line in the fine print.

When a customer on a recurring plan calls because something came back, we can be there quickly. A company routing techs across half of Texas can't say that honestly.

It also means our technicians know the ground they're working. Hill Country scorpions in Leander behave differently from roof rats in central Austin or mosquitoes along the San Marcos river bottoms. That's local knowledge you only get from working the same five counties every week.

Central Texas pest pressure

What we treat out here.

Our stretch of Texas has its own particular set of problems, and the season never really stops:

Striped bark scorpions throughout the Hill Country — Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs and west Austin see the worst of it.

Fire ants in nearly every yard from spring through fall, and roof rats in older central-Austin neighborhoods with mature tree cover.

Mosquitoes anywhere there's standing water — creek beds, greenbelts, and the river corridors through Hays and Caldwell counties.

Ticks and chiggers where yards back up to brush or pasture — common across Bastrop, Caldwell and the outer edges of Williamson.

Don't see your city?

The cities and ZIP codes above are where we run regular routes, but the list isn't a hard border. If you're just outside it — a few miles past Liberty Hill, out toward Smithville, south of Luling — call and ask. More often than not the answer is yes.

And if we genuinely can't reach you, we'll tell you straight rather than sell you a plan we can't service properly.
