Why the radius matters
We stay close on purpose.
Plenty of companies will happily drive two hours for a job. We will not, and that is deliberate. Staying inside greater Austin is what lets us promise same-day and next-day openings, and it is what makes free re-treatments workable instead of a line in the fine print.
When someone on a recurring plan calls because something came back, we can actually be there quickly. A company routing technicians across half of Texas cannot say that honestly.
It also means our technicians know the ground they are working. Hill Country scorpions in Leander behave differently from roof rats in central Austin, or mosquitoes along the San Marcos river bottoms. That is local knowledge you only get from working the same five counties every week.

Striped bark scorpions
Throughout the Hill Country. Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs and west Austin see the worst of it.
Fire ants and roof rats
Fire ants in nearly every yard from spring through fall, and roof rats in older central Austin neighborhoods with mature tree cover.
Mosquitoes near water
Anywhere there is standing water: creek beds, greenbelts, and the river corridors through Hays and Caldwell counties.
Ticks and chiggers
Where yards back up to brush or pasture. Common across Bastrop, Caldwell and the outer edges of Williamson.

If you are just outside it, a few miles past Liberty Hill, out toward Smithville, south of Luling, call and ask. More often than not the answer is yes. And if we genuinely cannot reach you, we will tell you straight rather than sell you a plan we cannot service properly.

Do you service my area?
We service 26 cities and 83 ZIP codes across five Central Texas counties: Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell. That covers Austin and every major suburb from Georgetown down to San Marcos and out to Bastrop. If your city or ZIP is not on this page, call 843-480-8699. We frequently service just outside the listed area at no extra charge.
Do you charge a travel fee or trip charge?
No. There is no travel fee, trip charge or fuel surcharge anywhere in our service area. Your price is based on the size of your home and lot, not on how far we drive. That is the same whether you are in central Austin or out in Smithville.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day and next-day service is available across most of the service area, depending on where our routes are that day. Technicians treat from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Call or text 843-480-8699 for the fastest answer on today's availability.
What are your hours?
Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. Technicians perform treatments from 8am to 8pm every day of the week, and there is no weekend surcharge.
Which counties do you cover?
Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties. Travis and Williamson are our densest routes, which is why Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander and Hutto usually have the most same-day availability.
Do you service rural properties and acreage?
Yes. We treat rural homes and acreage throughout Bastrop, Caldwell and western Hays county. Larger lots take more product and more time, so they are priced higher than a standard subdivision lot, but there is no separate charge for the drive.
Do you treat businesses as well as homes?
Our recurring plans are built for residential homes, and that is the majority of what we do. We do take on small commercial properties in the same service area: offices, salons, small retail. Call 843-480-8699 and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Can a whole neighborhood or HOA sign up together?
Yes, and it is worth asking about. When several homes on a street sign up together we can treat them on one route pass, which means better scheduling for you and group pricing. If you coordinate for your street or HOA, call 843-480-8699 and ask for neighborhood pricing.
How much does pest control cost in the Austin area?
Recurring plans start at $66 per month for General Pest + Rodent and $166 per month for General Pest + Rodent + Mosquito, based on a single-family home. Pricing is identical across the service area. See our pricing page for details.
