How do I know if I need pest control?+
If you are seeing pests indoors, finding droppings or nests, or noticing activity around the foundation or yard, it is time. Not sure? We will inspect and tell you honestly.
Why do I need routine pest control instead of a one-time treatment?+
A one-time treatment clears whatever is there today, but Central Texas pests never stop pushing back in. Routine visits keep the barrier up year-round so they never get a foothold.
How long after treatment will I see results?+
You will usually see a big drop within a few days. Some pests, roaches and ants especially, take up to two weeks, because the treatment has to travel back to the nest.

Pricing and plans
How much does pest control cost?+
Recurring plans start at $66 a month for General Pest + Rodent, or $166 a month with the mosquito, flea and tick package added. Those are starting rates for a single-family home. What does the monthly price include?+
Every visit gets all three TriBarrier layers: the foundation band, the granular yard moat and the property-line spray. Interior treatment is included on request, and free re-treatments cover anything that turns up between visits.
What pests does the plan cover?+
We treat twelve: ants, spiders, cockroaches, scorpions, rodents, wasps, bees, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, bed bugs and moles. Seven of them are covered on every recurring visit at no extra charge. Bed bugs and moles are always quoted as their own jobs. Browse them all on the services page.
Is mosquito control extra?+
Yes. Mosquitoes come with the larger plan: General Pest + Rodent + Mosquito starts at $166 a month and adds the exterior mosquito, flea and tick package on top of everything in the base plan.
What does mole control cost?+
Mole control is $333 a stop with a three stop minimum, so $999 for a lot up to half an acre, with 30 days between stops. Each additional half acre adds $30 per stop, and if a fourth stop is needed, it is free. Details on the mole control page.
Why are bed bugs quoted on inspection?+
Because the work varies too much by property to post one honest flat rate. We inspect for free and give you a firm number before anything starts.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Quotes and inspections are free, there is no travel fee anywhere in the service area, and you get the number before we start, not after.
Do you offer one-time treatments?+
Yes, priced per property and per pest. A recurring plan costs less per visit and is the only option with free re-treatments, so we will tell you honestly which one fits your situation.
Scheduling and visits
How fast can you get here?+
Same-day or next-day treatment in most of the Austin area.
What are your hours?+
The phone is answered 24/7. Technicians run 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
Do I have to be home for the visit?+
Not for exterior service, which is most of the work. If we can reach the yard, we can treat while you are out. Interior treatment just needs someone home to let us in.
How often do you come out?+
On a recurring schedule your service agreement spells out before any work starts. If anything shows up between visits, we come back free on any active recurring plan.
What happens on the first visit?+
We walk the property, then treat all three TriBarrier layers: the foundation band, the granular yard moat and the property line. Webs and visible nests we can safely reach come down the same visit, and we flag anything that needs its own job, like an active infestation.
Does rain ruin the treatment?+
No. Once the treatment dries it holds up to weather, and the granular yard layer is built to wake back up with water. If a hard storm ever does beat a treatment, call us: re-treatments are free on any active recurring plan.
Safety
Is it kid and pet friendly?+
We apply products where pests travel rather than where your family does: cracks, voids, weep holes and along the foundation line. Your technician will tell you if any treated area needs to stay clear until it is dry.
How long do kids and pets need to stay off treated areas?+
Until the surfaces dry, usually about 30 minutes. Your technician will confirm before leaving.
Do I need to leave during treatment?+
Usually not. Your technician will tell you if a treatment needs the room clear.
Do I need to do anything before a visit?+
Usually nothing. Unlock the gate and keep pets inside while we treat the yard, then off treated surfaces until they dry. If a specialty job needs real prep, we walk you through it when we schedule.
The guarantee and your agreement
What if the pests come back?+
On any active recurring plan, so do we, free. That's the Pest-Free Guarantee. One-time treatments aren't covered.
What exactly is the Pest-Free Guarantee?+
Free re-treatments between scheduled visits on every active recurring plan, with no limit and no trip fee. If pests come back, so do we, until it is fixed.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
You'll sign a straightforward service agreement that lays out your visit schedule, your pricing and the Pest-Free Guarantee. If you ever need to stop service, call or text us and we'll take care of it.
How do I cancel service?+
Call or text us. We usually ask one question first, whether a free re-treatment would fix it. If you still want to stop, we close out your plan.
Pests we treat
Do you remove honey bees?+
We identify what you have first. If it is honey bees, we bring in a bee specialist instead of exterminating. Carpenter bees we treat directly. Details on the bee control page.
Do you take down wasp nests?+
Stinging insect treatment is already part of every recurring plan. Physically removing a nest is its own job, priced per job. See wasp control for how we handle it.
Are rodents really included in the base plan?+
Yes. General Pest + Rodent includes rodent control and monitoring on every visit. An active mouse or rat infestation is a separate job starting at $449, with the exclusion work, the sealing itself, quoted on top.
Do you treat German cockroaches?+
Yes, and they are their own kind of fight. An active cockroach infestation is a $449 job with two treatments 30 days apart, and the monthly plan afterward is what keeps them out. More on the cockroach control page.
