What is the TriBarrier treatment?
TriBarrier is the three layer treatment every Bastion visit includes: a foundation barrier 3 feet up and 3 feet out plus windows, doors, garage and roofline; a granular moat across the yard that reactivates each time you water; and a full 360 degree spray along the property line. There is no cheaper tier where we skip a layer.
What is the Pest-Free Guarantee?
On any active recurring plan, if pests come back between scheduled visits we return and re-treat at no charge, no limit and no trip fee. That is the whole promise, and it is why every visit includes the full treatment rather than a quick spray.
What pests does Bastion treat?
Ants, spiders, cockroaches, scorpions, rodents, wasps, bees, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, bed bugs and moles. General pest and rodent control are covered on every recurring visit. Mosquito, flea and tick service is part of the larger plan, and bed bugs and moles are specialty work quoted on inspection.

Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technicians treat from 8am to 8pm every day of the week, weekends included, with no weekend surcharge.

Do you use treatments that are kid and pet friendly?
Our treatments are pet and kid friendly and applied where pests travel rather than where your family does: cracks, voids, foundation lines and harborage. We ask you to keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until dry, usually about 30 minutes, and your technician will walk you through everything they applied before leaving.
